Clément Latendresse founded C.Latendresse Inc. in 1976. As an electrician hired by a mainstream oil company at the time, he continued on this line for many years. As he was himself an electric control specialist, he developed rapidly a valuation that was going to be transmited very proudly to his son.

On January 1999, Stéphane took over from his father and still in total control of the company as his father would wish.
